2008 Award of Excellence Winners Announced by the Land Development Council, Homebuilders Association of Maryland
We are pleased to share that Laurence Communities was presented with an Award of Excellence from the Land Development Council (LDC) of the Home Builders Association of Maryland. The LDC Awards recognize local developers who demonstrate excellence in design, environmental consciousness, and the principles of smart growth.
This Award represents the third crown for Ashman’s Hope. Recently, Franklintown was named Baltimore’s Best Community by the City Paper. Ashmans Hope has now received an Award of Excellence for its community design and early in 2008, the first Ashman’s Hope model was named the best single family home by the Homebuilders Association of Maryland.
